Business Advisor

Our business advisors are responsible for advising clients in intentional business exits, expansion through acquisition, pre-sale diligence and preparation, and sales of small businesses and lower middle market companies. 

Our advisors work with business owners to align their exit goals and growth objectives with strategic opportunities in connection with business sales, mergers and acquisitions. Involvement in these mandates includes advisory, negotiation, coordination of due diligence, and managing the transaction process.

Basic Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior successful business ownership experience preferred 
  • Experience working with finance and accounting
  • ​Strong communication skills to listen to the client and articulate back for solutioning
  • ​Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients up to the Board level

Client Happiness Associate

Our Client Happiness Team is tasked with handling client support requests by email and phone using empathy and logical reasoning to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, identify trends and inefficiencies, and most importantly to enhance the client experience.

Basic Qualifications 

  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with strong written skills and email etiquette
  • 1+ years of online-based customer service experience, previous experience in financial services or banking a plus 
  • CRM/support tool experience a plus
  • ​Strong communication skills to listen to the client and interface with advisors and analysts
  • ​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Business Analyst

Our business analysts support our business advisors with financial analysis and market research for specific businesses as well as business industries and sectors. The analyst is involved with reviewing, analyzing, and recasting financial statements, assisting with business valuations, engagements and other projects. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA or equivalent work experience

Data Coordinator

Our data coordinator is responsible for analyzing and maintaining the integrity of the firm's data in the various system used by the company

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • ​Prior experience working with databases and formatting and importing from .csv files
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
